Choose Your Own Summer Quest

Dear Parents,

You may have noticed the pamphlet sent home with your children called "Choose Your Own Summer Quest." Once again, we are asking students to complete a quest in preparation for the upcoming school year. This quest involves reading, as well as completing spiritual, apostolic, and human formation activities throughout the summer.

These activities align with the four dimensions of Integral Formation: Spiritual, Apostolic, Human, and Intellectual, with a balance of formation, fun, and family involvement. Each child is asked to complete at least one path across the map.

This Summer Quest will be counted as a grade at the start of next school year. Students are expected to return their finished quest to their new teacher. We will also be holding a raffle for some fun prizes. Students can earn additional raffle tickets by completing extra activities and reading all book choices.

Help Us Build Prize Baskets!

We could really use some help procuring items for prize baskets and other fun reading rewards to have ready at the beginning of the school year. If you would be willing to visit or call local businesses on behalf of Everest Academy to request donations for our Summer Quest program, please contact the school office.

We also welcome donations of books, games, toys, activities, and gift cards that can be included in prize baskets.
