Everest Academy Welcomes Miss Ashley Palmer as New Third Grade Teacher

We are thrilled to welcome Miss Ashley Palmer to the Everest Academy team as our new Third Grade Teacher! With her passion for education, warm personality, and dedication to creating an engaging classroom environment, we know she will be a wonderful addition to our school community.

Miss Palmer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governors University and brings with her nine years of teaching experience in private, public, and charter schools. She has worked with students in grades two through eight and is licensed and certified to teach in Illinois, Indiana, and South Carolina.

Originally from Indiana, Miss Palmer recently moved to Illinois this past summer to be with her fiancé. She is eager to get to know the students, parents, and staff of Everest Academy and is excited to begin this new chapter in her teaching journey.

When it comes to education, Miss Palmer believes every student is capable of truly amazing things. Her teaching interests include classroom management, project-based learning, and social-emotional learning—all of which help create a fun, safe, and supportive classroom environment where students can exceed their own expectations.

We are so excited for you to meet Miss Palmer and see the enthusiasm, creativity, and care she will bring to Everest Academy’s third grade classroom. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome to our school family!
