We are looking for future Knights! Your Everest Academy journey starts here!

Admissions Process and Procesures

If you haven’t toured our beautiful campus, we invite you to schedule a private tour. If you are ready to apply, please review the requirements below. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

  1. Visit Everest Academy – There’s no better way to understand a school’s suitability for your children and family than to visit it in person. A tour allows you to immerse yourself in the school’s mission and philosophy, explore the classrooms, observe instruction, and get a feel for a typical day.
  2. Application Form & Paperwork – Complete an online application for each child and submit the $100 non-refundable application/testing fee (testing fees are reduced for additional children) to the Office of Admissions.  Payments may be made by check or money order. All completed applications received by March 15 will be given first consideration for the following academic year, after which rolling admissions will begin. In the online application, you will be asked to upload the following documents:
    • Birth & Baptismal Certificates – All applicants will be asked for the child’s birth certificates.  Catholic applicants must submit a copy of their child’s baptismal certificate and a copy of the child’s First Holy Communion certificate and Confirmation certificate, if applicable.
    • Current Photo – Please include a current photo of your child with the application.
    • Student Questionnaire- The student must complete an additional questionnaire for applicants entering Middle School (grades 6-8).
You will also be able to download the following forms to give to your child’s current teacher and school:
    • Student Evaluation Form (K-8) – Applications for preschool do not require this form. If your child is applying for kindergarten – 8th grade, please give the student evaluation forms to the child’s current teacher. Request that your child’s teacher complete this form and submit it to Everest Academy with your child’s transcript. Please use the K – 1st grade, 2nd – 5th grade, or 6th – 8th grade (middle school) forms as appropriate.
    • Transcript Release (K-8) – Applications for preschool do not require this form. If your child is applying for kindergarten – 8th grade, please give the Transcript Release form to your current school so that your child’s complete official records will be forwarded to Everest Academy.
  3. Assessment Testing—Once the Admissions Office receives your child’s application and supporting paperwork, we will schedule a time for your child’s assessment test.
  4. Parent Interview – The parent interview, where both parents meet with our principal and/or Chaplain, is a significant step in the admissions process. It provides an opportunity to get to know the family and discuss placement and enrollment. The interview will be scheduled once your child’s assessment testing is completed.
  5. Notification of Acceptance – After the parent interview, the Admissions Committee will decide on your child’s application and send a notification letter. You will have two weeks to complete the enrollment contract and make the registration payment.
  6. Online Enrollment Packet – This online form is required for enrollment at Everest Academy. It is our invitation to join the Everest family. This online form includes questions about student medical/allergy information, parent volunteer options, tuition plan selection, and more.
*All steps in the admissions process must be completed to secure a spot in one of our classrooms.
